Dirty!!!

Shower dirty, shower head extremely dirty with build up all over it, bathroom walls filthy dirty, towel rack RUSTY, room Door was not locking when we left out sometimes.

It was fine for stopping just to sleep couple hours. They said there was vreakfast BUT THE ONLY THING THEY HAD was an old apple, 2 old oranges and a mostly rotted pack of peanutbutter crackers. Thats NOT breakfast.

The hotel itself was old and dirty. Tile was peeling in the bathroom. The pool area was the same; tiles were falling off into the pool. It was obvious the pool hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Breakfast was advertised, yet there was nothing set up for breakfast-not even coffee.

I have stayed here wvery year for like the last 10yrs when I come and visit my family. Never really had a bad experienced but this year was awful. One of my rooms was filled with bed bugs and roaches. I did get another room but didn't solve the roach issue. My suite I booked had roaches as well. The staff is nice but i highly recommend the owners or corporate office of this building spray the facility for bed bugs and roaches.

I like to be a honest and not dramatic about my travels. This was far worse than i imagined. This hotel is completely OUT OF DATE! The pool looked nasty and not maintained. It's old...the furnishings were old. The hotel could use a face lift. I can understand that because of the area they wouldn't put alot of money into it. But traveling from kansas city my expectations were higher than they should have been.

This hotel needs so much attention. The front doors stick and are difficult to open. There are no amenities to speak of. Our room was sufficient, but everything felt a bit damp. We have stayed here twice, but will keep driving next time.

Only problem was the E-Keys. They didnt work so good. Had to do lots of walking back & forth to the office at times to gget key to work even when they hadn't been next to anything electronic like phones or car key fab.over all things were excellent. The light over the sink needed fixing in Room 114.

I didn’t like that the room 218 was out dated on the entertainment center with the tv it was blocking to where you can see from one side of the room no space in the bathroom

Smoking in the boys room

The TV didn't work and that was ok because I was there for a peaceful weekend to do some work on my master's degree. The main issue was all rooms are nonsmoking. If that is the case, why are you letting everyone there smoke Marijuana in their rooms? If you want a quick contact high, stay in room 110 or 112 so you will be in between the desk clerks smoke andnthe other guests smoke.
