NO ELEVATOR in this multi-level hotel

First let me say, there is NO ELEVATOR in this multi-floor hotel! If you're traveling with several bags (like I was) you'll want to look somewhere else. The hotel is old, but kept up reasonably well. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was "average" for cleanliness. The staff was rude and flippant. Breakfast was gross looking (decided not to eat it.). This hotel is definitely not worth the almost $200 per night I had to pay. My advice is to choose another hotel. There are other nicer hotels in the same area.

A little run down, but clean and comfortable.

The little motel is a little run down, but clean and comfortable. It would be hard to find the entrance without GPS. You have to drive through a pot-holed filled driveway to get to the property. Its only 2 stories, but no elevator- which was ok for us, but not suitable for all. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also had a nice hot breakfast.

The continental breakfast was absolutely terrible. I would not stay at this hotel again if the cereal choices are Raisin Bran and Fruit loops every day and cherry yogurt every day.

The property was clean, but the general condition is worn. Carpet seemed worn or hadn't been routinely cleaned and needed replacement. Visited during a hot spell; the A/C cooled, but the room had an everpresent dampness to it. They had small electric plug in dehumidifier that wasn't up to the task. The bath air vent seemed to move no air which was likely the problem. I have allergies, none of them were affected so again fundamentally clean. I would not have wanted to stay more than one night due to the humidity issue. If fixed, the stay would have been much more enjoyable.

Used feminine napkin left in trash from previous guest. No cleaning, even when schedule. Breakfast was pathetic. Wyndham’s business model seems to be save cost wherever can and guest are secondary consideration. Will not stay here again and will steer clear of Wyndham hotels.

Room was dirty and just dysfunctional the bathroom door wouldn’t shut and was odd cracking in the walls and ceiling hair all over floor wasn’t very clean the pictures look great but they are just pictures building was very dated pool area wasn’t clean full of sand.

My stay started with waiting 5-7 minutes while desk clerk finished a personal telephone call. Got up to my room to find that the safe was already locked. On my way out a short while later, I stopped by the front desk and advised the lady who had been on the phone when I arrived, that I wanted the safe unlocked. She took out a small envelope, dumped the contents on the desk and asked “Which key looks like it would fit?” How I would know that, I have no idea?? When I said that I didn’t know, she told me that one of her co-workers and her would go up to my room while I was out to dinner and unlock it. When I returned a couple of hours later, it was not unlocked. It never got unlocked for the rest of my stay. Also: • there was no shower gel OR bar soap in the shower/bathroom • my room was not visited by a maid or bed made, used towels replaced, waste baskets emptied, etc. on Tuesday. All in all, a really lackluster experience. Likely wouldn’t stay here again.
