The front desk woman was always rude and no help at all with a poor attitude I wish I would’ve taken her name down but I didn’t she has burgundy hair tho she’s no good as a receptionist they also gave my info to the police and confused me for someone else that was a scary situation for my children I when I asked to have my room changed no one did anything unfortunately

The door to my room was in bad condition, and the bathroom was kinda dirty. I was asked to give a 60 cash deposit to get my room keys. I didn’t have that much cash, and it was never told to me prior that I would need to make any cash deposits.

Didn't like the Host plus she tried to charge me a deposit which the other host didn't, I took pictures of a broken glass, I told her about the door that didn't close, AC didn't requested for another room but she wanted to cancel my room so I did,took almost another week and a half to receive my refund, very Nasty Host, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

Cockroach infested-denied promised refund

Worst experience. Booked 2 rooms for employees working in the area. Got a call from employees saying room was infested with cockroaches. They talked to front desk who offered a room change but ultimately were not comfortable staying. Front desk staff was friendly and said refund would be no problem. Manager came out and also said to make sure to call where the reservation was made to get a refund. Well after booking elsewhere and after the booking site tried to contact to verify refund; Manager denied the refund. How can they still remain open???

The towels look used the shower mat was dirty. The rooms look outdated. The bed gave me 2nd thoughts so we slept without gettin under the covers The walls were full of cracks. This place was more for houseless and night walkers

Staff was pleasant, room was clean-air conditioning was not working but maintenance got it fixed. barking dog at 1:00 am )I know it is a pet friendly facility but lady yelling at dog to shut up was too much. Couple fighting at 2:30 am. when they finally quit someone else started yelling outside window. Doors to outside of facility were always blocked open- lots of homeless around facility-broken down cars blocking travel lanes. I while never stay here again.

This was a very sketchy hotel, everything was gross, lots of sketchy people as well. The front desk lady was nice, but I had to wait 25 minutes for the manager to come help her. Definitely the worst experience I have had at a hotel.

Terrible experience,there's one lady, she's Horrible, always asking for cash upfront for deposit. The rooms are raggedy at best. Instead of begging for cash deposit so she can charge you for every nuance in the room before you leave, she should be more concerned about the fighting that goes on in the rooms. The noisiness, the music being played, and the people who live in the hotel. It's a dog hotel there's dog poop everywhere. The mirror was cracked in our room they had holes punched in the walls. The walls wete filthy the floors were stained the bedding was stained it's an awful hotel it needs to be shut down if you stay here please do not use any of their towels you might catch leprosy. If you can help it just bypass this headache all together.
