This was a one night stay, checked in late and left early due to travel schedule. When checking in, was told since I booked through a 3rd party (Hotels.com), they hold a $100 incidental fee. This was not part of the details in the booking information in the app. I book other locations regularly through this app and have never had such a steep incidental fee. The room was clean and the landscaping is nice. The beds were not comfortable, and the towels are in desperate need of replacing (very thin and thread bare). Also be aware there is a train track close by with at least 3 trains that I heard through the night. Also, there are only stairs to the second floor. The day after checking out, I notice a fee charged to my card. I called the motel because I had no idea what I would have been charged for. They let me know it was for a “missing ice bucket.” I had to ask where the ice bucket would have been located, since there was no reason we would have used it since we checked in around 10 pm, left around 9 am and had our own drinks from a drive-thru. There was absolutely no ice bucket in the room. As of this review, the person answering the phone was not able to help, so I am waiting for a call back.
