If your pulling a trailer good luck parking. Had to park at a neighboring business. Other than that great place to stay

Great location. At check in, we were extened a very warm welcome from Ceasar. Here was extremely knowledgeable and more then happy to help us in anyway he could. We will differently stay here if we are in Las Cruses again

The hotel was great but the TV did not work and they did not offer much to try and fix it. Very poor TV reception for some reason. But overall good stay and would stay again

Nice room, lobby and breakfast. Staff not especially friendly. Street entrance into the hotel is difficult and the remodeling/construction materials on the side of the hotel are unsightly.

We reserved and paid for a suite for 6 people, but when we arrived we were given a room for four. Upon requesting further accommodations we were given one twin roll away bed. One of my kids ended up sleeping on the floor. Not okay.

Hotel could use a boot! A reboot!

A tired and worn hotel. Normally I love staying at Hampton Inn. This one backs onto a Walmart shopping center. Great for stocking up on goodies I guess. The hotel is sort of all by itself. Restaurants tare a short drive away on I-25. So if one has no car then it's stocking up on some food at Walmart.

Was told that the property was pet friendly and nothing was said about any pet fees when booking, then when I got here they charged me a $75 non refundable pet fee and the man at the desk was very rude about it. I booked a room with a king bed and he gave us a room with two queens instead and said he wouldn’t change us to the room I booked because we booked through Expedia. Overall definitely will not be staying here again.
