First time staying at this property and got an ambassador suite so we were excited, we got our room early around 230pm and got in the room and as we were checking things out found a syringe by the side of the bed. We went to tell the front desk and she was very chill about the whole thing, "well we came get you a different room but you will have to wait until after 4pm or we can reclean the one you were in." The reaction was to "oh well" for me like it was my doing, so that start the trip very bad.

The availability of free WiFi in the room is limited to only three devices! In a two person room, there are usually two devices used by each person (phone, iPad)! Please allow 4 devices per two person room!

CC charged 2x upon arrival then again departure
Charged double when I checked in, then charged again upon departure. (Was told to be patient, awaiting refund) First day room not cleaned but maid took $5 tip and left water that was a $3 charge per bottle. Valet and bellman were excellent.

Rooms were really nice, staff was great all so pleasant. My room was cleaned but the bed sheets wwere not acutally changed during my 4 day stay.The bed was made up, just no change in bedding Maybe because I got started so late. Overall still a nice place. I will return.

Stayed one night and was very happy with the hotel. Had a problem with the sink when we arrived in that it was not draining. The staff quickly fixed it and all was good. Mexican restaurant on site is excellent.
