We have traveled to this resort for now going on 6 years. This year we got a disability suite that was not asked for. During our stay we found a Roach to which we told the front desk and the came and sprayed. The spray order was very unpleasant and after they finished it left puddles on the floor of the spray. We up till this year have the resort an AAA rating. They are spending a great deal of money making the exterior looking really nice and I think they should put more money to inside. The carpet on living room was filthy and furnature was also dirty. The cleaning staff was unable to communicate with us as they could not speak English. The resort has changed to a Hilton property so am unsure if this is a factor. I am not sure if we could recommend this facility. Up till this year I would say yes but this year's bad experiencey wife and I feel we will not return.

Staff was friendly but asked to have dishwasher fixed, we left for the day and wasn't done till we asked a second time. House keeping was to be done but when we arrived back that day it wasn't done had to wait an additional day.

We really enjoyed our stay! The one bedroom unit was perfect for my wife, son and I. The pool area and hot tub was the perfect size for us and it was very peaceful. I opted in to the text service and was able to get items replaced almost immediately! Great value/great property!

Although it is off the strip it is easy to drive into "the action". Unit was quiet and relaxing. We highly recommend and will be back! Thank you to the staff so being so friendly.

I asked for additional pots/pans and they were there with them within 3 mins Staff friendly. If I could of given them more stars I would of gave them more. This is the first time booking & staying at a complex. We will be back in 6 months and will definitely be our #1 place to stay in Vegas.

One of the noisyest rooms I've ever stayed in. From street noise to other tenants, there were some disturbance most of the night. The room was very nice, but not worth the lack of sleep.
