Folks, the Fremont is a CASINO first, then a very average hotel. Paid for a "Deluxe Room" and got a very small, extremely noisy/no insulation from "Fremont Experience", "the basics of basics", 10th floor room with only a view of 3 adjacent hotels. I didn't sleep a wink until after the piped noise outside stopped around midnight. No soap/shampoo in shower, very little stream from showerhead. Tiny bathroom. Doors from other rooms slamming. Elevator noise even though room was 4 rooms from elevator. Only 25 TV channels. Aside from Tony Roma's, limited food options so better to just go to grocery store before visit and use room frig. Clearly this property leaving guest rooms to rot, and putting all the resources into slot machines.

I've never stayed at a hotel in Vegas that was this dirty. Food behind the nightstand with almost a half inch of dust on it, dust on walls, hair all over the bathroom and black all over the corners of the bathroom and toilet. There was even an m&m under the desk (not ours) and a few kleenex under the edge of the box spring (again not ours). Also, when we booked it said there were coffee makers in the room, when there wasn't they said they took them out without notice, but no compensation. So that cost us over $5 per coffee per person on our trip. Horrible experience, we go to Vegas all the time and have never had this experience of poor service (Expedia wouldn't help) and lack of cleanliness. I would submit the photos it it doesn't allow it

For some reason, there were stairs, pretty much in the middle of the hall only four steps but seem pretty inconvenient. Even at 2 o’clock the morning, the Fremont Street was loud noisy and unfortunately, we had a room facing that way, but we couldn’t see anything but brick walls. Some of the bartenders seemed rude and very impatient with people. And don’t get me started on the cashiers station. They did not want to be bothered. They were grumpy snatch your money away from you and throw stuff back at yeah.

The hotel and room was very nice; however, the noise from the Fremont Street Experience was a little much. I think a lower room rate should be provided for rooms so close. Also, I checked out at 3 a.m. and was told by the gentleman at the desk that he was running night audit and couldn't print a receipt. He said it would be emailed to me. I have yet to receive it. He never asked how our stay was or thanked us for our business. Not impressed.
