Palms Place Hotel and Spa is an amazing 4 Diamond-Awarded full services boutique hotel. It is one of the best values for a luxury hotel in Vegas. Its location off the Strip makes it perfect for families or business travelers who want to stay in a quiet, smoke-free, relaxing and elegant environment and still be able to enjoy all the excitement that Las Vegas has to offer.

Our unit is a luxury One Bedroom Corner Suite (not a studio), 1220 square feet, 1br 1½ bath with 9’ ceilings. It can sleep up to 4 people in one king bed and one queen size sofa bed. From the moment you walk in the door, you will feel right at home. With floor to ceiling windows, state-of-the-art kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, this suite has all comforts of home.

The master bath features 3 shower heads with a rainfall shower. There is a separate Villeroy & Boch whirlpool tub from which you can enjoy views of the city. The suite also features an additional spacious half bath.

The unit also has an additional 350 square feet wrap-around balcony with both alive “West of the Strip” view and breathtaking strip-view to the north. “West of The Strip” is alive with the aromas of Chinatown and the innovative exhibitions at Las Vegas Art Museum, and is a perfect break from the roller coaster ride of The Strip. Take in nature displays and stroll through the botanical gardens at the 180-acre Springs Reserve. However, the balcony is temporarily closed due to security reasons.

Prior to check-in, I had emailed the owner asking if we could pay to check in early like the email says we could possibly do. The owner responded and said try around 1. We arrived at the property at 2:45 which was 15 minutes before the advertised check-in and the reservation could not be found. When I gave the front desk the unit number of the email confirmation I was provided he began to read the notes under that unit. Which indicated that the unit owner had double booked their unit and had in turn made reservations for a unit with the Palms for us. Strange. None of this was ever mentioned and how professional is this? I asked the desk how much their unit rents for and he said told me. The amount was less than what I paid to the owner for their unit by a few hundred. So I guess the owner said hey I can make some extra money on renting my unit and another one. Well, the unit that we were now supposed to be checked into was not ready since they had just checked out 10 minutes prior. I was trying to communicate with the owner the urgency of us getting checked in since it was for my daughter's birthday. Her response was we do not allow events in the unit. What I wanted to say was well first you have to provide us a unit before you can say what is allowed or not allowed. I am familiar with the rules since this is the business that I too am in. We finally got checked into a unit 1 hour after the written agreed check-in and 3 hours after when they told us we could check-in. The balcony was important to us. Now that we were renting a unit from the Palms versus an owner, the balcony doors were locked shut and no one could go out on the balcony. This is not what I paid for or agreed to. Disappointed. Also the unit we were provided not sure if the owner's unit that we rented would have been any better but this unit was worn down and dirty. We made the best of it but would not do business with this owner ever again. Shady! I do expect financial compensation.

Great one night stay at the Palms Place!
Me and a couple buddies booked this room for my friends birthday and were really impressed. The view is amazing and it’s only about a 15 min walk from the strip which wasn’t bad at all. The resort itself is beautiful and has anything you could want in a hotel stay at vegas. My only complaint was that we didn’t know we needed someone over the age of 21 to check into our room, which made things a little more difficult but ended up working out just fine. Thank you to the owner for her quick responses and for an awesome stay :)

Great spacious suite with a wraparound balcony! Xifu was a wonderful host who was quick to respond to any questions I had. Prior to check-in, she also provided me with a detailed description of restaurants inside the Palms, grocery options nearby, and other important info. It is definitely very helpful for anyone not familiar with the area. The suite is in great shape. Kitchen is fully stocked with glassware, pots/pans, cooking utensils, bottle opener, etc. Fridge is really spacious. The view is beautiful especially at sunrise/sunset. Highly recommend and would definitely rent again!”

I love the palms place but from the moment there was an issue at check in I felt my concerns increasing. As posted on my reservation confirmation I was told to provide Id & payment to the front desk; I did, and they the guy helping me was telling me my room was reserved at the other tower! I said NO! I reserved a room here, he then attempted to back track and said there’s another reservation under the same name! I find that really hard to believe 😒, but I get my room key and head upstairs. Room smelled like a trap house but I noticed the scent was coming from the air vents, I pretty much had the balcony doors airing out the room the whole weekend which then Caused flies to enter the room. So annoying! Room was chill but being a regular guest at this hotel I noticed the lil things like, like no paper towels or trash bags. It’s always the little things that can make or break a hotel stay! Probably the most horrific thing is that the bath tub jets would turn on by themselves which happed 3 times Saturday night! So spooky, also there was horrible static coming from the tv which just left me wondering if I’d ever stay here again! In 11 years of visiting this hotel I’ve noticed the change and in atmosphere and really wonder if they can make it what it used to be! A LUXURY RESORT! Honestly the property owner was very prompt and responsive but the cons are over shadowing the pros in this last stay!

Overall great place for the buck..what you see on you tube is what you get, large, balcony was amazing..could not get the fireplace to work or the gatbage disposal, we called maintenance but they could not get them to work. But overall great shower and amenities.

Nice views and place overall
The place was nice overall, but was a bit worn and several maintenance items were not taken care of. One of the sinks in the bathroom would not drain properly, several kitchen outlets were out so we ended up plugging the toaster in on the floor to use it. The kitchen was not very functional as there is no place to set items down in there really. Many of the light switches were close to the floor which did not make a lot of sense to me. The shower floor was not graduated to the drain and the shower door has no weatherstrip to prevent water leaking out of the shower. I had to have towels placed on the floor outside the door or the entire bathroom floor would get flooded(learned this on the first shower). The bed was good and comfortable and the balcony views were amazing(probably the best in Las Vegas). Overall a nice place to stay, but a bit expensive for what you get.
