We welcome couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, small groups and families (with kids).
We do NOT allow party people intending to throw a blowout or hold any type of social gathering or event in the house.

Location is the best! Near everything.
We only had one thing that wasn’t a fit for our family - It didn’t have a down stairs room for the older age individuals or a handicap that could not climb stairs. But the house is cozy and met the needs of what we came to Vegas for and that was a funeral which was just in the area as well! Thank you to Patricia our host for fast response and customer service.

Family Friendly/Clean Property
My overall experience of this property was great! It was a family friendly environment, clean, and very local to popular restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean as well. You’re also not too far from popular attractions. I will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice place
We are a group of friends that enjoy traveling and cooking together. The place was clean and provided enough space for the 7 of us. Diane was quick to response when we couldn't lock the sliding door. She also provided dish washing detergent. We enjoyed the location...far away from strip but only minutes driving distance. A suggestion would be more baking sheets, salt and pepper, and seasoning for a group that likes to cook. Also, the upstairs bathroom commode continues to run. That should be fixed especially with the water shortage. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo. Thanks Oscar for letting us use your lovely home.

Beautiful Townhome / Safe Neighborhood
Overall, the townhome was BEAUTIFUL. Upon check-in, I grazed electric box on wall and it fell off- it's not properly attached, so I emailed owner so he wouldn't charge me. KITCHEN- supplied with almost everything! The only thing they didn't have, which we needed, was a cookie sheet and/or foil so we could cook our burritos in the oven. Also, no broom was supplied. There's a bar & 4 bar stools, and 4 chairs around a small glass table. I do wish the table wasn't glass, as we brought board games to play, and we were constantly concerned about the noise the dice made on the glass table and if it would "set off" the "noise camera" that is located on the property. There's also a speaker (noise sensor?) on dining room ceiling? Because of a previous review about being called about noise, I was constantly trying to quiet my group. We were *never* loud, but just being in the hot tub and the normal noise that brings, I was pretty much on edge the whole time, worried that we would "get into trouble". HOT TUB- My kids (ages 17 - 25) enjoyed it, however it never got HOT like a hot tub should. At most, they all stated it was like taking a warm bath. BBQ- The left side of the grill did not work. The gas did not light on that side, so we had to squish all our food on the right hand side. LIVING ROOM: Nice, just wish the tables weren't all glass, lol. The 3 BATHROOMS were supplied with ample towels, soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, even a shaving kit. MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom was large and beautiful. Bed was perfect! LOFT: There are 2 "daybed" type beds, worked great. BEDROOM #2 & #3- Extremely small. Light & fan broken in #3. GARAGE: It would not fit both vehicles. **Biggest complaint- after showering in the master shower, there was a major water leak, which caused water to gush out of laundry ceiling and garage wall. There are cameras everywhere, but I immediately called the owner and left a message, then called again, no answer. My husband called, no answer. Owner finally called back and I told him about the flood of water due a possible broken pipe. He didn't seem too concerned? I also told him about other things in the house that were already broken so we wouldn't be charged. We also documented everything with pictures. We didn't dare leave the house in a "disarray" like it states in the rules (that's their job to clean?). Beautiful home, but we'll stick to hotels where you can relax and not worry about being charged for NORMAL Use / Mess /Noise.

It was nice , but...
I stayed 2 nights at this house and it was beautiful. The first night there was no issue. The second night when the rest of the ladies got there, at 11 pm we got a message from the owner of property saying we were being too loud. However it was only because he was monitoring the noise level NOT because neighbors complained of it being too loud.

Girls weekend
My two sisters and I came for a relaxing weekend away. It was easy to find, and getting inside was a breeze. The garage was plenty big to park comfortably in with doors and hatchback open to load and unload. The property felt and smelled clean. The whole house was decorated modestly which made it feel relaxing and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need. The hot tub and patio area were perfectly private and quaint. Overall we all enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this location again.

Amazing Place
This was our first experience with a Vrbo rental and it was amazing. We would definitely looking into staying here again. Place was very nice and quiet. Really enjoyed the backyard to hang out in and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to make meals. And Oscar was amazing. Very responsive and helped us with an early checkin. Would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful rental
Our family had a wonderful time staying here while visiting family over the holidays. Location was perfect for shopping, restaurants and getting to and from the airport and the strip. Plenty of room and we enjoyed the hot tub. Would stay again!

Great place, great location, and very clean!
We stayed here after getting into town before flying out the next morning. The place was so clean. Instructions were easy to follow and owner was great with communication. The jacuzzi was amazing and we used the grill as well. Both were in great shape and worked as explained. The house is designed so awesome. Plenty of beds upstairs and two soft beds downstairs worked out perfect. We would 100% book here again!
