First off i waited 1 hour to finally check into a clean room and the place was a ghost town so not bust whatsoever, then after i rebooked another night they said i needed a email address?? Like for what so you can sell my info? So horrible customer service when they were present and not closing the window, so id advise dont stay here as its your trip not someone whos taking your money telling you how your trip goes!

Staff could be more friendly. They’re very strict about check-in & check-out. No early check in’s but they will hold your luggage behind the desk with tags if you don’t want to wait around which is convenient. They also held our luggage even after we checked out for up to 24hrs. The surrounding area isn’t for families of tourists, but for adults it’s fine.

Stayed here for it's close proximity and walking distance to the Festival Grounds for When We Were Young. If you're not looking to gamble and just rest your head, this is a good spot. It is not resort quality by a long shot. But it's a bed, a bathroom, and affordable. I did enjoy the Queen bar right outside as a perk! Room will not be made unless you ask. Overall, 3.5/5. A nice hidden gem, but the area is little shady. Don't walk further north when the sun goes down.

I had to book a room here very last minute after my original hotel was cancelled on me. They let me book it around midnight-1am with no notice for a fairly reasonable price based on the situation. I've never been more thankful for a motel room then I was then. With that said, they said if a 2nd night opened up for the next night it would be over twice the price of the first night, which is clearly taking advantage of people.

There wasn’t anything unique about the property. It was a motel, not a hotel. Calling it a hotel is false advertising. I got the room next to the laundry room and it sounded like there was 3 giant speed queens right in the room at all times. There should be assigned parking to the room. Doesn’t make sense since the cars are literally right outside your door. The room was stuffy and there was not a door to the bathroom. Felt like a prison bathroom and shower. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Luckily we did not have to spend much time in the room. The housekeepers were nice, that’s about it.
