Room wasn’t very clean luckily I brought Clorox wipes. Customer service person who check us in wasn’t very friendly but the employee next to him was very friendly with the person he was helping. Food at the buffet was ok. Elevator was dirty for 3 days.

Couple's retreat

We had a great, relaxing time. What we liked the most was having so many things under one roof. We stayed three nights. We went bowling, saw a movie, went to the spa, took a boat ride, ate at the restaurants, got plenty of drinks at the various bars, and my favorite thing-gambled! The room was very comfortable too! It was so nice to have all of these activities under the same roof, being able to just go upstairs whenever we wanted to nap, sleep or take a break. So much fun!

Reeks of cigarettes even in the non smoking area. Room was dirty. Had hair on bed u Fer the covers and on the floor of the bathroom. There was a pubic hair in the tub. It was horrible. The ac kicked on and it smelled like weed.

We like the view of the River, and the amenities, you don’t need to leave the property, and boat launch is next door free. Plenty of eating and entertainment options.

Had an amazing stay, the only con that I found was the pool for families. That was such a small pool for the amount of families that wanted to take the kids to swim.

Racist and bad attitude from The Sidewalk Cafe they had a bad attitude towards Hispanic and ID only Hispanic. I witnessed this several times they ID several Hispanic in front of me and they did not id me cause im white. The elevator were dirty and had spilled water on the floor. It smelled so bad and it was super stuffy I will not ever return

Beautiful and clean with great views

Beautiful room. Love all the lighting options. Clean. I asked for an extra blanket and room service brought one to my room. Great view. A/C works great too. Nice balcony to walk out on.

We spent three nights at Don Laughlin's. The facilities are absolutely beautiful. Our room in the south tower was absolutely beautiful. The choice of restaurants was wonderful. What stood out about this facility is the staff. Everyone was so helpful kind and thoughtful. Staff were opening doors for me, pressing elevator buttons and so friendly and answering questions. The Jean Jeffrey salon was wonderful. This was our third property we have stayed at in Laughlin and the only one will stay out again. My grandson kept saying over and over again. This is his favorite hotel.
