The front office person in name Therese has horrible manners. She was so rude. I requested a room up in the 20th floor and she kept telling me that there was no available that those were only suites. I had previously requested a refrigerator and an upper room and we ended up with in the 9th floor and no fridge. Very bad manners rude. The people at the bar are also very rude. Will not stay there

Not so pleasant.
This hotel is a rather old hotel. It has been here on the Colorado River and Laughlin for a long time.The room had a stale odor to it. For a casino, you would expect the room to have a safe but it did not. There was no refrigerator and no alarm clock radio. The dresser was very dusty looked like it had been dusted in several days. The casino and all the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke.
