Bathroom tired and smelly. Had to have maintenance address slow drain in tub and had to have them come again when it was still slow. I believe it caused an odor.

I did not like the fact that dogs were allowed in the rooms. Also too noisy at night and many kids running in the rooms overhead so I was unable to sleep each night. I was lucky to get 3 hours per night.

Unfortunately it’s not the same as it used to be when we have stayed in the past, The hotel seems neglected! At times the elevator was out of service, no WiFi, the rooms it appears have had some water damage. There was some mold in areas of the ceiling, loose tile in the bathroom, and the drains were slow. Late in the evening, at times it was noisy in the halls and nearby rooms. On the good side: the staff was friendly, the restaurant’s were great, the pool was nice, and the foliage in the entryway is pleasant.

Older property and the ac wasn’t working but the desk sent the engineer to fix it and got it working. Casino were older and very Smokey. But for an older hotel it was above avg. I would stay here again

This property is so old and outdated, staff are slow to respond and many issues with the rooms like no shower gels in ahower, coffee machines not working, thermostat not working property.

1st room i checked in, no shiwer gel an voffee machine not working. Inforned front desk. Second room i checked in thermistat not working, rrom was freezing. They tried to fix it but was smelling of electrical burn. They moved me to another. Asked for room to be cleaned while i was there, was not done, asked for shower gel was not filled. Asked for extra water waz not given. I think staff dont hear customer request.

Our room smelled like sewer when we complained they came and flushed out shower and drains. This work for a day but the last night it was bad again. Nice pkace but can't stay ahain with the smell.

I understand that hotels have to update and refurbish from time to time, but I don’t like being put in a hallway that 6 rooms are being worked on. Also the elevator wasn’t working so we had to walk a long ways to go to the service elevator. Then we had to share this elevator with all the workers and their materials that they are bringing to the floor. Not convenient at all. I don’t see why we couldn’t have been on a different wing with working elevators.
