Good place to stay unless smoke sensitive
Check in was easy and quick. All staff were friendly, efficient, and had knowledge needed to give me the support I needed. I stayed on a non-smoking floor and rooms/hallways had no smoke smell. Casino floor had non-smoking areas but still had significant smoke in air. Holtel right on water and easy access to river taxis. Location was central to many entertainments. Beds were comfortable.

The air inside our room was horribly stuffy. It didn't matter if we used heat or cool. We constantly felt like the air was thick and we both could not breathe well. We could breathe fine in the casino and outside. We had a 3 night stay yet there were minimal towels available. The service was very good in in the outback, the gift shop, the cafe and at check in. We liked the room but became of the air problem in the room, i don't think we will stay there again.

When we turned out the lights to lay in bed and watch TV, there is dust hanging all over the walls and ceiling . It’s nasty. I shouldn’t be breathing that in AND definitely tells me no one pays attention to cleaning above eye level. Gross
