Never met a ruder guy at valet parking. If I had not prepaid, I would have loaded back up and left. I'm 78 and crippled. Never come here again.

The girl that checked us in at 530pm was a little rude. The casino host Julie and the floor staff were very friendly and helpful The hallway to our room smelled like sewage for the first day then the smell eased up I do wish there was balconies mostly because the windows were dirty so it was hard to get a clean picture of the river

When time zone changes , the restaurant goes by Nevada time . For the ones in Arizona it’s too late . When leaving to go to a diner in the area I noticed that the McDonald’s in the hotel was packed .

we like the fact that it is the middle of the casinos' range, we also think that this is the cleanest of all other casinos, but things can be much nicer and cleaner, we did not like the fact we were assigned to a room that it smelled like swer and rotten egg, I would have thought that the cleaning crew could have let the front desk know so they would not have assined it to us and us carring our laggages and chests to 17th floor then come down to be assigned to another room, that already upset us and that is the first half hour. we liked the atmospher it just needs to be more up to date rooms and facility. We love laughlin because of the river and good memories we had when our sons were younger and we used to come here with our boat and do water skiing and have a great family time. we coniune coming because like I said we love the river.
