Everything is great about the property, except the shuttle bus driver who picked us from the airport at 7 on Sept. 22. He had no respect for traffic lights, he would make a 60 on a road that says 35 MPH. And he would use his horn where it is not necessary. He would also us his phone while driving whereas he could use a handsfree.

Dated but clean, friendly staff

Hotel was decently priced and clean, nothing fancy. A bit dated but fine for the price. Hotel shuttle is nice. Breakfast is fine but light: cereal, bagels, bread, juice, coffee.

Communication with the hotel was great! I booked because the shuttle service. It worked great! Very little wait. Just call the hotel when we landed to arrange the shuttle. 3 stars because for the price point, the hotel was very outdated. Water in the tub didn’t turn off all the way, so there was a drip all night. You can hear the guests next door. Breakfast was nice.

Room clean but dated, needs an upgrade. Shuttle not great. Waited 1.5 hours. Had to ring hotel after 1 hour to check on shuttle. Had to resend to pick us up. Shuttle doesn't pull into kerb, it could be any one of 4 lanes. So really need to watch for it. Shuttle back was good. Breakfast was ok, basic continental options. Several good food options available walking distance from hotel. Burger king next door, we went to applebees just down the road.
