Room was alright, comfy bed. But between the paper-thin walls and barking dogs outside it was hard to get good sleep. We can literally hear when someone sneezes next door and their entire conversations. Also the musty smell is an issue. Might need to air out the rooms more often or clean the carpets.

We stayed there for one night. The location is great and just 10 minutes away from Front Street. The room was clean and spacious.

Overall it was good. We did feel that the breakfast options were minimal and really inviting. We did the breakfast only once. There were also no gf options

I would highly recommend staying here. We had a great stay. Staff very accommodating. Great parking. Close to town and restaurants. We were there last year and we will be back.

Lovely grounds and pool. Rooms are in need of a bit of updating. A quick walk gets you to charming downtown Leavenworth so very enjoyable one night stay.

Friendly staff

We had an overall good experience. The staff was great and the room was clean and had everything we needed. The facility is starting to show its age. The number of outlets is minimal in todays world. The bathroom fan made quite a lot of noise and the drain plug in the bathroom sink was broken. But all things considered, we would think about staying again.

I would stay here again. But USB charging ports are a necessity for travelers nowadays. I also didn’t like the fact that the upstairs patio area in unit 266 was open to everyone, meaning that if someone wanted to stop in front of my huge window next to the bed, they could easily look inside. Weird setup in my opinion.

The view from our patio was fantastic! The bed was very comfortable. The location was great. There were not enough towels and bar soap. Our room was not cleaned once in 3 days.

Basic motel but rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was average motel breakfast. Breakfast room was small but you could also eat outdoors. No extra washroom so if you arrive and your room isn’t ready you need to find somewhere to use a washroom.
