The entire 3rd floor smelled like smoke, including our room. It was extremly annoying. The door to the stairs was next to our room and was a constant door slam the entire 2 days. The 2nd morning we were awoken by an insanely loud fire alarm when there was no fire. Also, homeless people most definitely live in the rooms.

My room was clean, but furnishings, carpet, etc...could use an update. You could tell it was an older motel... Had a really interesting "Wake up Call" on Sunday morning around 7am...the hotel has a breakfast for guests, however, one guest burnt their toast...bad enough to set off all the Fire Alarms in the rooms!!! They had to wait for the fire department to come in and reset alarms and elavator. Good thing I was on the 2nd floor!! I stayed only one night, but I would stay there again. Price was reasonable.

Didn’t get what I booked

Worst hotel ever. Dirty. Run down. I booked a room with two double beds and a king bed. Only got two doubles. When I asked for the correct room I was told they don’t have rooms with three beds. I only booked this hotel for this accommodation. Hotel is gross. Mold in the shower. Everything is broken. Just disgusting.

This place is clearly remodeling and or trying to perhaps update? But you cannot state offerings on your website then not have them. This said there was free breakfast, but there wasn’t. I asked for two beds and selected a room to sleep 4, and the room had one bed and the pullout sofa had NO MATTRESS! I would not return. I asked staff about both things, and they seemed not to care.

Don’t book here. Property photos are misleading. Checked in and was given a different room then I paid for and booked. Room was filthy bathroom had white “gel” all over the sink. Holes were in the walls of room. Advised front desk the room I was given was not the room I booked and paid for and was told they overbooked. I booked 2 room suite. Was offered a one room double the next night. Tried to get refunded. Front desk refused was referreds to Hotels.com. Hotels.com referred me back to property. Cannot get through to the Manager “Mr. Patel”. Hotels.com could not get through either and offered me a $50 key credit. Unacceptable. I am out $400. Additionally, the property tried charging my card several more times. Will not be booking through Hotels.com, either.

WORST STAY EVER. It was so disgusting. It looked like the bathroom was never cleaned- EVER. The whole place smelled. It was so awful. I thought about leaving and sleeping in my car.

Checked in the hotel is definitely in need of repair, got 1st room comforter was stained pulled it back fitted sheet had large yellow stain. Looked like someone peed on it, was given new room only to find it was akready occupied, 3rd room was ok. Bed very uncomfortable pillows incredibly thin. Pool was closed indefinitely yet website says its fine.

Room smelt musty. Water when taking shower was yellow didn’t drain properly . Staff when checking in was very nice entrance to building was very nice. I believe this is under new management so they are attempting to update place but it does take time .

Under new management. Room was very clean and new-feeling, great fridge/freezer and microwave, but no clock or coffeemaker. Property's biggest problem is the neighborhood. We saw several unsavory looking folks walking thru the parking lot, yelling at each other in the one night we stayed; and the hotel has video arcade games in the lobby which non-guests are allowed to come in to play. These should be removed- or at LEAST non-guests should not be allowed in to play. Overall, GREAT value for the current low cost of a night's stay.

I had to request a change of room, despite I reserve no smoker room it smell cigars a lot, no more rooms available so I payed an upgrade for a king room, it doesn’t have bad smell but was no clean, appliances in bad condition microwave doesn’t work properly, no water in the lavatory, tv quality no good. I don’t stay there again.
