I thought the digital key was to avoid the front desk. But I had to go to the front desk anyway to show ID and then never was asked for ID. So I’m not sure what the big hype was about digital key, I did not get to bypass front desk. Big whoop.

We traveled with another couple and both of us had a disappointing experience during our stay. While the hotel itself is modern and well-designed, several issues marred our visit. My main complaint is the poor attitude of the front desk staff and their repeated failure to refresh our bathroom despite multiple requests. Additionally, we were only provided with two shower towels per room and no extra toilet paper. As a Gold Hilton member, I am very dissatisfied and will not stay at this Hilton again. Based on this experience, I am considering transferring my loyalty points and status to Marriott.

The amenities were clean, modern and the shower was impressive. Appreciated the extra security measures with access to elevator and floors only with key card.
