The property and room were very nice for our stay. However there were some stains on the carpet in our room. Additionally the bed was rock solid and super uncomfortable which left both my wife and I in severe discomfort following our checking out.

Fire your plumber.

Toilet was broken. I don’t know who you guys as a plumber of that place but he has no idea what he’s doing. I had to open up the back of the toilet to flush it. This was initially flagged for a violation of some kind. There is no violation.

There’s were little ants on my bedside table. The cover on the AC unit fell off when lights were off. It made such a clatter that I thought someone was breaking in window. I heard footsteps from room above well into the night and then early the next morning. Wallpaper was peeling. Lamps were worn. Definitely not what I expected for over $300. Won’t stay at Holiday Inn Express again.
