Hotel is clean, rooms are large and spacious. Hotel appears relatively new. Located across the street from UF Health Hospital in Leesburg, FL. Staff very pleasant and helpful. No cost to use the computer and printer in the lobby for business. Complimentary breakfast every morning was good. Would stay here again.

It was a good stay overall. The trash wasn't taken out from the last person that stayed in the room. Also, the fan didn't work in the bathroom. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay.

That bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. My woman and I rolled around all night! When I told the front desk he told me they flipping mattresses instead of replacing them

Not very clean ; you get in the room and there’s dirt seen below desk and by bed ; if you walk barefoot feet become black from dirt ; bathroom lacks soap for sink and shower ; front desk reports they have been short on soap for weeks
