Lobby very unique and interior design is modern and stylish. Nice rooftop swimming pool and clean water (important detail in Bali) I was here for 3 weeks and I liked it overall, but disappointed by cleaning(feet black after walking in the room) hotel staff friendly but very passive, didn’t help me to get food at 8pm, the day after nyepi, all stores around closed. I had too sleep with an empty stomach (26th March).

Feel Welcome
Staff clearly required customer service training. There company slogan is “feel welcome”. This is NOT demonstrated by the hotel. Train your staff to be friendly, welcoming & professional. Speak to guests, even maybe ask them how there say was? Or even enjoy your stay?

Good quality at an affordable price!
As a woman solo traveller, this hotel was pretty good! I felt safe and comfortable. The lobby has a welcoming, beach front open space to hangout and/or eat. 24/7 staff at the lobby was also nice, since I arrived close to midnight to check-in. Easy process to check-in and out. 10 min walk to the beach; nearby to Seminyak and Kuta (also walkable). Many stores, restaurants, spas nearby. Below are some of my highlights for this hotel: Room: Good enough but could be a bit cleaner. The bed sheets were also kind of stiff and not as comfortable. Housekeeping does come to clean everyday, but not necessary. Rooms are quiet enough and having air conditioning was great. Pool: A favorite! A bit shorter in length compared to the pictures. But, still a nice, clean pool and good area to hangout to sunbathe without getting bothered and watch the sunset. They don’t have a lot of lounge chairs so go during non-peak times to get a spot. They also rent out pool towels for free. Staff: Friendly, helpful and prompt, which was truly appreciated! Food: Breakfast was typical. Not many options but they tried having various international food each day with some consistent items offered daily. Egg station was nice but could get busy when there were lots of people. Food from room service was affordable and yummy! Overall, good quality for an affordable price!

A disaster
We booked this hotel as we thought a hotel chain would abide by some universal standards from one of its property to others, but this place was so sub-standard that we slept with our clothes on. The bed sheets were dirty, the pillow cover was yellow, the room itself looked decrepit, the air-con was not efficient at all, the whole room was damp, the breakfast area was also dark and dirty. Overall I have to say that it was one of the worst hotel I have been to and I have stayed in thousands of hotels.

Room is cosy. However, staff needs to be trained. I spotted a staff putting an unclean fork from the table back into the stack of clean ones for usage. Also, if they don’t understand English they should pass it on to someone else instead of just hanging up when I dialed.
