Right on Rt 20 but quiet, good sized clean room , equidistant to Tanglewood or Pittsfield. Great base of operations for Lenox and the Berkshires!

Stay in Lenox for Tanglewood.

Service was great, cleanliness was great, and location was perfect. Plus the price was in our range. Just could use some updating but everything was fine.

The room was dated. The bathroom faucet was either dirty or had serious hard water stains/buildup. The nightstand with the light and the alarm clock were dusty. The TV remote was filthy. I washed my hands every time I used it. The shower appeared clean.

Tough to get a room in Berkshires in July on short notice. Found this and location smack dab in middle of everything worked. Main thing the place is QUIET. Staff deeply committed to guest comfort

The property seemed safe but it was not clean. I took pictures of gunk in the corners of the bathroom floor and black stains on the sheets. The drapes were also dirty and the phone had so much dust in the crevices - it looked like it had never been cleaned. I did not see any bugs or vermin so there is that. Overall, the hotel is overpriced and I will never go back.
