Cold and pricey during renovation

There was renovation going on. The price was double for standard. The heat kept turning off. Staff is not compassionate. Reception area for kids was so cold for the activities.

Check in is slow and understaffed. Dont use the sofa bed as an option for anyone to sleep on....cant expect a dog to sleep on it. Getting a blanket and pillow because there were none in closet was a project. Kids love it here but from a value and service perspective, not so much

Me and my husband took our four children of various ages to spend the night. We ended up staying in one of the deluxe cabins in the family building. It’s very loud those kids are allowed to play till 10 PM at night right outside your door. And they are up at 7 AM. It was very loud where we were sleeping. I wish I had known. Everything was great. It’s just when you pay for your room in the waterpark. That’s all you’re getting every amenity inside. That building is extra money when you get there. It’s kind of a money trap. I was a little disappointed when I found that out probably won’t be returning because of that. If you’re gonna go, just save yourself the money and buy a day pass to the waterpark!

Impressed with water park and little stores like the magic quest. Arcade is SOOOO EXPENSIVE. should’ve just bought a $200 package when I got there.

Horrible stay

It was horrible all around. Had to pay to park, water park was under major construction. HDMI cord coming from TV was exposed and frayed in the kids bedroom. Overcrowded and unsafe in waterpark and the entire resort. Food was gross. The alarm in our room went off at 6am and 6:15 and we never set it and woke everyone up. I’m never going
