The property was clean and close to the airport. Staff were pleasant. Elio greeted us with a smile, checked us in and answered several questions about the area. Later in the evening we were eating take out pizza in the breakfast area and witnessed Elio deal with a difficult guest. She handled the woman with respect and kindness which demonstrates maturity beyond her young age. Very impressed by this young woman.

Check in was smooth, room was nice, comfortable bed, temperature, and bathroom was nice, good water pressure. Breakfast was good, the service was excellent! Good options. Pool looked nice, we didn't have time to go in it.

I used the room over night. The hotel is in a nice location and had I had a room on the other side, the views would have been awesome. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because nothing is perfect, though I think you came pretty close.

We love the Lewiston Holiday Inn Express! Such a clean hotel, great location and great customer service! The rooms are clean and spacious with comfy beds. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed sitting out back enjoying the view. We all enjoyed the free breakfast!

Made it easy when traveling with pets

Front desk helped get us a room on the ground floor and near the lawn, which made it easy when traveling with pets. The room was clean and quite, and the breakfast was great. Really enjoyed the stay!
