Great Stay, Thanks to Hampton Inn Staff
When I booked the room through Hotels.com, I was not notified that the room was on the second floor and there was no elevator available. This was a significant issue for us since my wife has health issues that make stairs a problem for her. The staff at Hampton Inn went above and beyond in helping us by making a first-floor room available for the second and third nights of our stay. They even moved our luggage to the new room for us! Without their assistance, our stay would have been much less enjoyable. In the future, I will probably book through the property directly to avoid issues like this one.

What a unique property! My only complaint was that the only cold creal choices at breakfast were all unhealthy sugar bombs. Most places at least offer raisin bran as a relatively healthy alternative. Everything else was amazing! I will definitely be back!

Beautiful property! The room was very clean and well kept. The only negative is I reserved one of their historical suites, and upon check in, they said dogs were not allowed. They switched me to a standard room, but I was still charged for the suite. They said that they could not change the price since I made the reservation through a third party (Expedia).
