All was ok waiter seemed a little slow at coming to our table. I felt passed up as waiter serviced other tables and passed ours.

Not Excellent like the reviews say!

The room had an old loveseat that had stains on it and was all torn and tattered at the bottom and the lining underneath waa coming off. The coffee table and table and chairs were all scratched and old looking. Very outdated and felt old. Neighbors tried to get in our room twice in the night. It is a pet friendly hotel but there was a tiny space for the pets to go to the bathroom.

Handicap access was terrible inside and outside. Definitely grandfathered in. The coffee pot in our room didn’t ‘t work and was not replaced. Won ‘t be a return visitor

Room definitely needs an update. Had trouble with the TV and the screen door came off the track when opening it. When we checked out, we were told that we would get a discount because of the issues we had.

As a family with young children, we enjoyed our stay here. The beach was easily accessible and the kids were able to swim in the protected bay. We were able to walk to local restaurants for all of our meals. We had a nice view from our balcony and overall had a relaxing stay.

Not so good the breakfast left alot to be desired. The fire alarm was going off when we arrived and was on for awhile. The next day at 5:00 am it went off again all the guest were outside for 1/2 an hour with our dogs and they don't like alarms. The fireman let us back in as soon as the got it off. The only thing that was good was Kim afternoon/evening desk person. I really should be entiled to at least one night refund.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the bed was like sleeping on the box springs. I like a firm bed, but it was like sleeping on the floor. Breakfast was ok, waffle maker, yogurts, cold cereal and bananas. The view was very nice, the redeeming quality of this hotel

Terrible service-HORRIBLE

The doors were locked, no one answered the door bell or the phone. We couldn’t check in and had to leave Still fighting to get our money back.

Great get away!

Took a mini vacation to the coast. The stay was perfect. We had a beach side view. There was not an air conditioner, but the fan kept us comfortable. The service was great! We would definitely stay again! Parking was a bit cramped, ok for a smaller vehicle, but difficult for a truck.

It wasn’t the Ritz, the furniture in the rooms is a bit worn , but, the bathroom was clean ( cause I take my own disinfectant and gloves with me) but honestly needed no touch ups. The bed very comfortable lovely sheets etc..the room with a little balcony and view 5 stars and the people , all the staff were very nice and friendly and helpful! Would definitely return ther!

We had the best time at Siletz Bay! Kim, the front desk lady, was the absolute best! The continental breakfast was good and our room was clean! We really enjoyed our stay there and plan to stay there again!
