The room was very large. Bed, sofa and chair very confortable. Nice linens. The table, end and coffee table plus lamps need to be changed out. Very old and worn. The bathroom door needs to be changed out or at least painted. The continental breakfast was pretty good. They had waffles, fruit, cereal and yogurts. I guess i missed where there was a $25 charge for your dog. All in all it was an ok hotel for the price. The staff was very friendly and kind.

Stayed many times at this place and never had issues. This time around it was terrible. So many dogs in the place and my allergies were brutal. 4 nights with my eyes swollen shut was not a great outcome for a family trip. Dogs are supposed to be on 2nd floor, but they were all over place and I had to move my room once to a room that didn’t have dogs in it. The 2nd room was better, but still the same.

The place is very old and the pictures on line or very deceiving . The bed sheets smells and the bed is extremely uncomfortable. The place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years . This hotel should not be a 8.2 star motel I should say . Yes the view is pretty but that’s it .

When i arived i was eager to bath my children and myself as it had been a long drivewith car problems and we were all wet and needing a bath/shower but ehen i checked in the office woman informed me that they had a plumbing problem and the water may not work. So we didn't have warm water the entire time and it kept turning off when we used it. At one point we couldnt even flush thr toilet. There was no refund offered, and the whole reason I was there was because it was booked for the wrong date and they wouldn’t refund or change my date so I had to go or lose out on the $100.00+ i spent on the room. Which i found out i could have booked that day for under $50.00. I feel like ive been straight up robbed of 100.00 dollars and should be reimbursed or compensated. Also the reason i was willing to pay that price in the first place was because i was told it was a 2 room unit. But it was not it had two beds only one room. The whole stay was horible but part of that was the booking which i cant blame on them.

Was very disappointed got up in the morning no warning at all couldn't take a shower brush my teeth because we had no water when I went downstairs and asked the gentleman told me there was me 20 minutes and we had to leave before the water came on because check out time is at 11:00 The beds were as hard as a rock The couch in her room was all stained up and really nasty looking The coffee pot didn't work and again very inconvenient that we had no water this morning when we woke up we couldn't use the bathroom we couldn't use the shower we couldn't even brush our teeth very disappointed. We have stayed there in the past and we have never had any of these issues The light that was connected to the fan didn't even work
