No ac- was so hot we couldn’t sleep and had to leave so we ended up paying for nothing. It was also super dirty in the room when we arrived.

Great stay!

Check was super fast and workers were all really nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had a double Queen with balcony and it was great! We would stay here again. They also have a game room with foosball, ping pong tables and 1 other plus they have dvds and games at front desk. They also had adult pool hours which is always nice.

Refrigerator didn’t work so asked for another room, but the refrigerator there barely worked. I thought I was paying $250/night on a weekday for one of the nicer rooms, but they refused to move us to a different floor, saying it was sold out, but I could tell it was not

The cable was out so no tv they offered dvd rentals but no dvd players the pictures of the room on Expedia showed that we were getting a couch in the room and we did not the room was what looked like could have been a basement and the internet barely worked

Obviously the location was a major determining factor, but then when we got there, our room was clean and cute and the view was amazing. The staff was always really friendly and helpful; the cable was down when we stayed but they offered dvds to borrow if we wanted. We never used the fire pits, but they have this really nice little area setup with a few fire pits people can use with roasting sticks and all the fun stuff. We checked out and made the 7 hour drive home only to realize we left our toiletries bag in the bathroom! After calling and verifying the bag, they mailed it out and I received it all in the same week! We would definitely stay here again.

Overall good stay. Nice fireplace in the outdoor area to relax. Only thing that bummed me out was $5 USD for a small bottle of water. Other then that it was good.

The positive- Overall, our 4 night stay here was very nice. The location is great, and it's literally right on the beach. The room was very spacious and had a fridge and freezer combo which was helpful. We really loved the room! The pool is 9ft deep which was enjoyable, and the hot tub is a bit secluded from the pool making it a much more relaxing atmosphere to unwind. The negative- The TV did not work. We were told they were having issues with their service and it was going to be worked on. Also, we did not get hot water in our sink or shower unless it was very early in the morning. In the evening the water was lukewarm when turned all the way hot. No hot showers. The mattresses were very cheap feeling and uncomfortable to sleep on due to the springs poking you.

Big time drawback, no TV cable or satellite. It’s been out for months and still they don’t post that on their site or give any info to people. That’s the reason why I rate it at 4. My family and I enjoy staying here and always get balcony view. A little more buck for the night but well worth it. We saw 6 whales from our balcony. The room was clean. Comfy bed, microwave and decent shower. The shower head sprays water to consume water but the vanity or dish area faucet spray more water. A bath better but when you have family and kids that might not be the best. I think better flow shower sprayer would be worth the money charged. We usually get rooms 301, 302 or 303. They differ in updates. Maybe some water damage before. Floors have been replaced. Ceiling shows updated fire sprays but the floors not leveled. Something must of happen. We stayed in room 301 this time. The balcony is nice. Fits three or four chairs nicely to hangout throughout the night and watch sunset, whales in August and the amazing stars when the sky is clear. This time the balcony had an end where the wood needs replacing. We avoided leaning on it. Dry rot heavy. This needs fixing. Overall our stay was nice. The pool was clean. They have an adult time from 9pm-11pm time. Unfortunately no staff enforcement came around. There were kids and family members splaying and making lots of noise. Couldn’t enjoy the pool. Then the hot tub had a lot of foam. That’s a sign that it has too much chlorine or additives.

The TV was out during our stay. They didn't know how long it would be and didn't want to say when the issue started. Found out from the restaurant next door that it had been out all week because they hadn't paid their bill. I was going to talk to the manager when we check-ed out, but there was another person in front of us who tried as well, and even though the manager was right their in the office, said that she wouldn't be available vor at least 2 hours. Main issue is that they knew even before we booked our stay so we should have been notified in order to find different arrangements.

It was a decent place. Only issue is no a/c which is fine because you can cool the room down by leaving the patio door open but if someone is out on the beach with a fire going the smoke gets into the room.

Fantastic location and great access to the beach. Rooms are spacious enough. Floors need to be swept and mopped. Very dusty, dirty around light and fan in bathroom. Beds are springy and not very comfortable. Rebar railings on balcony are rusty and can hurt a child. No cable for the tv and everything on site is super expensive. Staff were friendly and maintenance guy was amazing.

Great view from balcony. Comfortable bed. Actual stoneware cups and glass glasses rather than the plastic tossers you often get at this price point. Good stay.
