Property OK, Clerk, not so great.
The clerk at check in wasn’t much help. When asked what there was to do in the Lincoln City area, he replied there really isn’t much of anything. Definitely not a resounding endorsement. No smile, and seemed a bit put out in general.

Ashley Inn is a decent place, I’d say. Wasn’t bad for the pricing. However, they definitely could do some little minor things thatd be a HUGE improvement for them, and for better ratings. Could definitely get the rooms new pillows. They were just as flat as a board. Little uncomfortable to sleep on, the top sheet that goes ontop of the comforter was dirty. I’d advise and definitely recommend those be changed after every stay. Some of our bulb were out in our room. Made it dark and gloomy. Our bed that had a wall circuit to plug stuff in didn’t work either same with the two lights the bed frame had. And just doing a simple dusting in the room would be good too. It’s just the simple things like this that make a huge difference for the guest. We ended up checking out a day earlier as it was just not quite for us. But like I said overall I’d say 3-4 eating. If a better cleaning job and maintenance, and upgrades to the rooms. Then a 5 start rating could be achievable. Can’t say I’d stay there again, but overall wasn’t a bad hotel!

was not happy with this hotel at all. The floor was dirty . The housekeeper missed personal clothes from the guess before us. I was there meeting family from out of state so I couldn’t go to another hotel. When my husband when and complained he came back with some gloves and some cleaning supplies because they said they didn’t have no housekeeper. It was bad customer service .

The beds were fantastic. Best nights sleep i have ever had at a hotel. Loved the shuttle to the casino. Overall 10/10 experience. Couldn't have chose a better hotel for my birthday trip.

Room was ok clean in the closet was left over napkins and sugar packets there was gu king stuff around toilet seat hinge couch was very dirty wrung crumbs under coushions breakfast room small and had someone getting the hot food for u which took extra time versus most motels it’s open to everyone
