The listing was unclear. It appears as if I were booking a room with a deluxe soaking tub. They said that one wasn’t available and I got a regular tub with a cricket in it. I felt this was a misrepresentation and I booked this hotel because the idea of soaking in a giant tub about 13 hour of driving sounded good. They didn’t seem to want to be helpful. The place was like any well worn roadside motel. Grungy. Lots of people standing around parking lot for a while which felt odd. But they eventually went inside.
I liked the room was very neat, clean & spacious, I didn't like cause, there was no elevator, had to carry heavy luggage upstairs & I also didn't like we had paid for 2nights & that we was having a wedding party, we couldn't play our music, have alot of our family & friends in the room, because u had working ppl had to get up & go to work, & that we paid our money just like they did, we were just visiting a hotel/motel is not 4 to get rest, it's 4 u to get away when u rendezvousing or someplace to lay your head wherever you're away from home like me & my husband was 3 hrs away from home!!!
Every night a fuse would pop waking me. In the morning i found the coffee pop and all other electic outlets would not work. I found and reset the breaker and all was good. Happened every night. Do not know what the cause because i was sleeping and not using electricity.
I enjoyed my stay a nice spacious and clean room, I liked that my suite had a couch to relax on and watch tv instead of just sitting on the bed, nice area close to the highway and access to many dining options.
For the price this was a good choice for me. It is close to a lot of restaurants and the highway. It was hotel average clean. The bed was very hard though.
We checked in and went into our room. We found it extremely dirty and not maintained. The door’s deadbolt was broken, bathroom was unclean, toilet roll handle was missing, and bed was stained. We had to check out 10 minutes after checking in because it was so unsanitary and rundown. We are attempting to get a refund from this place. Hopefully they will refund us.
