1st room had ants and a weird stale smell. It was on the 1st floor near the pool. I reported it first to Matthew whole I didn't know was the GM. Also reported it to Cynthia who said she would send housekeeping down but they never arrived. I had to complain 3 times before, the only person with customer service, Zoee, offered a solution. Zoee moved me to another room but stated they had nothing else comparable to what I purchased so it would be a downgrade and I would need to request a refund from hotels.com. The manager, Matthew, was unbothered and refused to honor the refund Zoee offered. He stated upon his inspection, there was no smell and no ants. The ants were in the coffee pot container, along the wall of the desk and behind the tv, AND on the tv stand in the bedroom.
The 2nd room had hair in the towels and they had the audacity to think I wanted to steal their towels because I asked for new ones to replace those. I’ve stayed here several times over the past 5 years and this is the WORST experience I’ve ever had here. Will not be returning.
