The ONLY thing that didn't get 5 stars was the fact that the fire alarm sounded several times throughout the night. Assistents a guest was smoking in their room and nothing was done about it. They would just reset the alarm.

You get what you pay for.

The front clerk when I checked in was amazing, very friendly. The room how ever uoon first appearance looked clean, did have an odor like it had been smoked in recently. The bathroom on the other habd was a differnt story, there was hair ledt in the bathtub and black mold growing behind the door. The complimentary was terrible, the hit food was cold,not much of a selction, no forks and there was no attendant to be found. The room rate was cheap and I now know why.

The staff was friendly and responded to all calls but the tv didnt work in my room. Had to turn tv off and on all night. My room key stopped working when i had went out . They had to call the company cause they didnt know why. But i dont put this on the staff. They were trying their best to get tv working and key. Also the remote had no back on it. Like why would you not correct that?. The furniture is very old looks nasty and needs changing. But the room was still very clean. Again that is not the staff. It still was a good visit.

The manager is very rude. Our first and only encounter with her was her coming to the pool and threatening to kick us out because our kids were jumping in the pool. Understandable since it was against the rooms but considering it was the first time she came out a simple conversation would have sufficed then she proceeded to address the children after yelling at the adults telling them they will be banned from the pull. Overall unprofessional and will not come back to hotel. Was also put on the 3rd floor and it just smelt entirely like cigarettes.

Very nice front desk staff. Beds were sub par, towels were frighteningly thin and comforter was worn or possibly stained. Would have saved 20 to 40 dollars just staying at Motel 6.

The two old ladies are very rude ‼️ definitely not a friendly environment! Not the mention all the drunks and drug activity all night !

Staff was not friendly at all. Bedding was dirty and soiled. Asked for clean linen and additional towels and lobby clerk was very rude about it. Everytine me and my family left and returned back to hotel we where greeted with unfriendly looks. Very unprofessional. Will never stay at an America Best Value Inn anywhere ever again.

Our Regionals Baseball Trip

Hotel was very clean and smelled nice as well. Morning breakfast was excellent , dinning area was Kept very clean. Our baseball families enjoyed the pool after games except for 2nd night the lady at the front desk that evening was not nice to them about the pool area.(threatened on making them pay more for there stay.) The only problem in our room was the shower head needs to be changed out. But if you are looking for a place that dosen't charge a arm and leg this is the place.
