The girl at the front desk was really nice. However the pool was out of service and that was the reason we chose that hotel. The breakfast was pretty good. Overall it was pretty disappointing.

The amenities were wonderful. Pool, spa, gym and sauna were all wonderful. But the new massage chairs were a nice bonus (extra cost, but worth it) Fantastic after our motorcycle ride.

Pool and spa broken. Elevator didn't work. Toilet sounded like a loud whistle when flushed. Someones dog barked all night. I did get some sleep that night.

This is a very nice room. However, I am chemically sensitive and the room had been sprayed with some air freshener that was heavily scented. Most hotels are neutral, no fabric softeners on linens etc, so why ruin it with a scented spray.
