Everything was great, staff were lovely the hotel is lovely unfortunately we had to cut our stay short but I want to get back again to complete the experience. Our room didn't have AC, not a big deal as it was in the cooler time of the year in NI but I believe re-furb work is in the works over the coming year for such things.

So unhappy with experience. I accidently booked the wrong night. I realize it was my fault. But they charged me premium for the night I needed and i also had to pay for the wrong night i booked. And never used it. What a waste of money.

Derry City hotel is located in a beautiful area of the city. Its a min's walk from peace bridge, shops & Dining. Food is lovely in the hotel.. My only fault would be that when we go to the room to relax they always put us in a room without the view,, ie (wall facing wall!)in a beautiful city, but I understand that this isn't always possible.😊
