The hotel is fine for what it is worth. But I am very disappointed Orbitz suggested this hotel. I feel Orbitz was very misleading with saying this hotel is 40 miles from Sequoia National park. As the bird flies that is true. But to drive it, the road distance is over 250 miles and 5 hours away from Lone to the Sequoias. I wasted a vacation day driving to a hotel in Lone Pine, and I am highly upset about this.

Disgusting decor.
Bathroom appeared to be clean. The linens and carpeting were disgusting. Carpeting looked like industrial grade from the 60’s. To me it looked like it needed a good shampooing. The sheets were a dark print, horrible feel, couldn’t tell if they were clean. The blanket??? Worst was the burgundy bed spread. Most places don’t use bed spreads anymore and definitely not with dust ruffle.

This motel was nice but the room was not properly cleaned, especially the sofa bed and the AC is way too loud. The sleep mode does nothing at all.
