Value was excellent. Room was large and well-appointed. Breakfast was plentiful with all the basics. Fine for an overnight stay, but not a vacation unless hotel is simply a place to sleep. Lots of traffic around hotel. Staff wasn’t the friendliest. My one room complaint (water pressure issue) wasn’t addressed.

During the check-in the front desk employee informed us that the room that we reserved was not available and offered a room of different type. When we requested a discount for the inconvenience, the employee stated that no discount can be given to anyone who reserved a room via Expedia. He also refused to escalate the matter to the management.

The television didn’t work. After a 12 hour drive we didn’t want to change rooms. They never attempted to fix it; just offered us a new room. We asked for a credit voucher and they declined as we had booked our room through Hotels.com( 3rd party). Not sure if we will use hotels.com in the future as it took away our negotiating

Overall the hotel was nice. Staff friendly. The bathroom was in need of an upgrade. Continual breakfast had several options but the hot food choices were not good. Watery scrambled eggs, ground sausage.
