The building looks nice and modern but I wish the condition of the beds and sofas are the same inside the rooms. The beds and sofas are so worn out and has stains on the bedsheets. It was hard to sleep with the super flat pillows that were provided and the sofa bed was so uncomfortable. The front desk were friendly although when I asked for towels 2 times I didn’t get them to the room and the other time I had to get it myself because they took so long to ask the housekeepers that they were already off. What I liked about the hotel was the easy parking and quiet area near the shopping area. The staff also let us check in an hour early so it was convenient. The breakfast was about the same everyday but not too bad for a hotel breakfast buffet. I would stay here again for the location, cleanliness, and convenience.

A great property with a variety of amenities. The gym is nice and well stocked. The breakfast options were enjoyable and fresh. The pool and courtyard area is great to relax or enjoy a game of giant chess or cornhole. The location is conveniently located near Long Beach Airport and has plenty of food options nearby.

‏I thought I was staying at the hotel for free. I stayed for 9 days, and upon arrival, I was informed that cleaning would be done once every three days. Indeed, after three days, I requested cleaning, and the room was cleaned. However, for the next four consecutive days, I kept requesting cleaning, but it wasn’t done. Instead, I was given excuses so absurd they wouldn’t even make sense to a child. I ended up having to buy my own supplies like shampoo, shower gel, tissues, and so on. ‏The breakfast was not diverse, the utensils were not clean, and the staff’s treatment was very rude and unfriendly. Parking is not free either. ‏The hotel is terrible and shows no respect to its guests.

This is a great spot for families traveling. I was there with my husband, my daughter (11 yrs) and my mom (84 yrs). The spacious suite with plenty of room for the four of us made our trip enjoyable. We will definitely return to this property in the future.

We stayed overnight 3 days prior and the it was fine, last night before we flew home was a different story. Check in staff was as wonderful as first time. Our room was below standard, the bathroom floor was filthy. It actually had black shoe prints. I will also say the bedding both stays was very old and grungy. But it has free transportation to Long Beach Airport.

We checked in as 2 adults and 3 kids but our room only has 2 towels so we had to ask for more. Not a super big problem just would've been nice to have enough to begin with...House keeping came at 8 am on our checkout day.

Cons - We arrived early for check in and they wouldn't let us check in without charging us $100. The breakfast isn't really buffet, very little selection, and limited seating. They only do house keeping every 3 days of your stay and despite booking a room for 6 people, they only leave one roll of toilet paper and 3 towels to share! Pros - quiet area and short walk to Walmart, whole foods, and lots of dining options within the area that's walking distance. Close to long beach airport. Clean and room was spacious

Gorgeous, clean, and close
As soon as we ealked in, the lobby was fresh and clean. The computers werent working but the crew was friendly and accommodating. The lobby and common areas were beautiful, the room was big enough for everyone and we were very pleased and happy! Thank you!
