Good except for fitness center
Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. The fitness center needs a lot of attention. No free weights, mats, exercise balls, or wipes to clean the equipment.

Was really nice for the price. Great staff and awesome rooms. Stayed here new years eve with a 4 and 6 year old. Couldnt even here the fireworks at midnight the rooms were so quiet. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

Laquita encouraged me to check in prior to arriving to assure quick check in and did when I arrived i still had to check in they took two nights stay from my debit card on the Dec 30 Dec 31 again jan 1 and held another two nights and was informed each time it would be placed back on card in 24 hours but that never happened then the manager stated it would be 5-7 business days finally I ended up calling local police and was informed it was a civil matter not criminal still waiting for money to be returned to card requested to be compensated for the two days I had stayed there because of inconvenience and this was denied even partial compensation I will never stay at this property again

2nd time’s a charm
The check-in process was quick and friendly, and we were informed that the property was smoke free and pet free. However, when we opened the door to our room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. I attempted to use the room phone to call the front desk about the smell, but the phone did not work, so we had to take our belongings and go back down to the front desk to ask for a different room. The woman working the desk was very apologetic and switched us to another room, which was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Everything about the stay was great once we got out of the first room.

The hotel is very nice and the staff was very nice. The only thing I had problems with was the bed. I reserved a handicap room because I have chronic back issues and problems with mobility. The bed is too tall! I had to have help getting on it.
