Plan a quintessential Vermont vacation at this two-bedroom (plus a loft) Ludlow home, where you'll enjoy a beautiful lakefront property, an expansive private deck, and a small dock on Lake Pauline.

This two-level cottage sits on the tranquil shores of Lake Pauline, offering a wonderful getaway for nature lovers in every season! You'll be just two miles from the Okemo Valley Golf Club, three miles from downtown Ludlow, and three miles from the summer and winter activities on the slopes of Okemo Mountain Resort.

The interior living space is casual and charming, offering hardwood floors, a wood-burning stove, and WiFi throughout. Choose a novel to read on the comfortable sofa or curl up to watch your favorite DVD on the flatscreen TV.

You'll find every culinary necessity in the country kitchen, including a dishwasher to take care of the clean-up! Sit down to eat your homemade meal at one of the four-person dining tables, then use the provided Keurig to brew some specialty after-dinner coffee.

Although the interior of this home is beautiful, come spring, summer, and autumn, you'll rarely want to come indoors as you spend your afternoons lounging on the deck, cooking on the grill, and fishing off of the small private dock. You'll also have access to an outdoor firepit - the perfect place to roast marshmallows beneath the stars!

With two bedrooms, a loft, and one bathroom, this spacious home can comfortably sleep as many as six people during your Vermont getaway. The main floor features one queen bedroom and one bathroom with a washer/dryer, while the second floor has one bedroom with two twin beds and a loft with a twin trundle.

No matter if you're a leaf-peeper, a kayaker, or a snow sports enthusiast, you'll find an abundance of recreational opportunities in and around Ludlow! Okemo Mountain Resort features 20 lifts and 121 trails and glades each winter, as well as an 18-hole golf course, a challenge course, and zip lines each summer. You can also hop in a kayak to visit the nearby Green Mountain Sugar House, a local institution that makes award-winning maple syrup.

Don't wait another day to book your Vermont vacation - let this Ludlow home give you the perfect family-friendly escape from everyday life!

Anniversary celebration
We wanted to visit VT and decided to rent this beautiful little home on quiet Lake Pauline in Ludlow. We were not disappointed in any way. Serene location, clean, cozy, and welcoming home, excellent nearby restaurants and other attractions.A great 50th anniversary getaway!

Had a great trip.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property. There was ample firewood for the stove. The dock in the pictures was no longer there, presumably due to flooding in the months prior to our stay. I’d stay there again. It was a good value.

It is quaint...
The house is adorable and comfortable. It is on water, but directly across from a busy road. Paddling in the area is beautiful and there are many nearby places to put your boat in. We had a great time. However, the house wasn't cleaned thoroughly in the living room. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were fine.

House was very nice, clean and convenient to town. Unfortunately the oill burner was broken and there was no heat, which made it a bit uncomfortable the first night. Management brought over space heaters for the second night made things a bit better.

Cute and convenient
The house is cute, clean, and convenient! This was perfect for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 young children. The cottage is simple and rustic and made it easy for our Okemo ski trip, only a short drive to the Jackson Gore base. I'd note that the ceilings in the upstairs bedrooms are on the shorter side but still plenty of room for kids our grown ups. It's an easy distance to Okemo and downtown Ludlow so perfect for our stay.

Good, could be great with some adjustments
The place was as advertised and clean. There were a few things that could be improved. First, there were 3 towels total in the house. We were a party of 4. For a place that advertises sleeping 6, you would think they would have at least that many towels. We were told that some local staff would drop off extra, but they never did. Second, the beds were really uncomfortable. Nothing that you can’t handle for a few nights, but definitely not something you would want to sleep in for longer than that. Finally, the wood box was left empty. There was a small amount in the wood shed outside, but not much, and no kindling or newspapers to help get the fire going. Have a wood stove is a nice touch, would have been better if properly equipped to enjoy it.

Perfect Spot
This house is ideally located if headed to Okemo or the Ludlow area. The roads are well maintained in the winter. The house was as described and very clean. The lake in the back created a nice snowy backdrop. The house was as described with enough kitchen items to make almost anything. A warning to anyone really tall, this house will feel very small and may be difficult. My negatives on the house would be, please check all of the chairs and tables to make sure they are safe to sit on. Many needed bolts tightened. It would be great to make a mat or boot scraper by the front door. Overall. We enjoyed our stay at the house and would stay again.

Perfect size and location for our family of three. So close to Okemo and downtown Ludlow. The cottage had everything we needed for our ski week. I rated communication with the property manager, but we honestly never had to reach out for anything. We would definitely return again next season!

Ludlow getaway
This rental was cozy, comfy, and well stocked. It's a great location to town and the mountain. I would not recommend to a family or group where the open stairs to the open sleeping loft might be a problem. I would suggest an outdoor mat on the porch at the front door outside. The lighting throughout could use updates. Also some sort of TV guide for channels if possible. All in all a comfortable stay.

Cutest cabin.
Very homey, roomy, relaxing space! Loved that it had a wood stove, fire pit, grill, and deck. Comfy beds. Has all the things you need, including towels, blankets, sheets, washer/dryer, firewood — except perhaps some aluminum foil (we cooked at home and had leftovers!) and a few spare utensils (just one spatula and one serving spoon). Thanks for the relaxing stay!

Overall a nice place. Liked the fire pit and wood burning stove. Could have been a little cleaner. Coffee was a problem. On the website it seemed there was a kuerig coffeemaker with pods. That wasn’t true and the coffeemaker there was difficult to use.

Lovely, clean, cozy property. Loved being right on Lake Pauline but wished the dock was a little bigger and that we couldn’t hear the traffic on Route 100. We did enjoy our week there. We wanted a relaxing vacation and that’s what we got. Thank you! Cindy and John Moriarty
