We had a two night stay. I would give it a two on cleanliness. Several people sitting outside in the evening smoking dope. We had a room in back section. There was a Schwan’s frozen food truck parked right outside our door. Freezer cycled on and off all night. When I talked to office. Was told they paid for that spot and electricity. Our room should never have been rented out with the truck parked there. Even the maid said it was noisy all of the time. Advice, try to find another place.

Good location for staying in Machias, downeast Maine area. Decent sized room and very comfortable bed, just not the cleanest. Very outdated, old nasty carpeting but not bad for a few nights stay.

We stay a couple times a year

Super friendly service. Shower has great pressure. Beds are on the firm side but no bed is as good as the one at home! Clean.

I love good Mom and Pop motels and these guys are great. Everything in the room was great, very comfortable, and they have gallon ziplocks right on top of the ice machine. That's super service right there. Thank you!

This is probably one of the smaller motels that I've stayed at, however, it was also surprisingly quiet (considering it was a packed house, I didn't hear a peep from my neighbors 👍) the rooms are well maintained, very clean and the person who greeted us was very friendly and answered a lot of our touristy questions. I booked two rooms as I was traveling with my folks (who snore) and we all had a good night's sleep! Definite recommendation for anybody looking for a good stop on a long drive :)
