Highly accommodating and friendly front office (ex: let me do an early check in and called me when it was ready). The room was excellent - took me a little while to get used to the lower ceilings, but once you realize it's a snug hobbit hole, it's fantastic. There are lights all over the rooms, including USB chargers on them. No drafts, warm with adjustable heat (good for December in Maine). Shower pressure is top notch!

The property is nicer than it looks in the pictures. Bed Linens and towels appeared new. Had refrigerator, microve, coffee in room. Nice store/ restaurant is right next to it.

The parking lot needed paved, the carpet is bunched and when someone walks across the floor you can feel it all over the room. The television and channels were great. The surrounding companies including the hotel do not stay open very late so please beware of that.
