Everything exceeded our expectations during our stay - the hotel itself is exquisite, the facilities and restaurants are top standard and the staff could not have made us feel more welcome. One thing I would mention is that as soon as you check out the service stops immediately so don’t expect anyone to help.

Hotel was very nice and service on the whole was good apart from one barman who insisted on having an argument with me about the drink I wanted, it was dealt with at the time by a concierge who apologised and offered some retribution e.g. something nice for our room but this was never received. Food was ok but was cold in the buffet restaurant. Despite so much staff the service to the lobby bar was slow and at the beach bar. The premium club food that was left out all day woul probably have given us food poisoning if we had eaten it. Too much staff versus guests meant meals were served so quickly and you felt awkward as they hung around in the restaurants. Nice hotel but some work needs to be done on the food for sure.

We enjoy a delightful 2 night stay, appreciating comfortable accommodation. The staff are very friendly. Comfy rooms, chill vibe .nice natural pool .

Das Hotel ist weitläufig angelegt, sehr neu und hochwertig renoviert. Verschiedene Pools mit Bars, ein Meerwasserpool und direkter Meerzugang sind nutzbar. 5 Restaurants standen zur Verfügung. Die Speisen sind sehr hochwertig und gut zubereitet und wirklich sehr schmackhaft. Ein Tisch kann über eine App problemlos reserviert werden. Die Belegschaft ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Nähe gibt es einen schönen Wanderweg der zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Im Hotel gibt es auch einen kostenfreien Parkplatz.Nach Funchal kann ein Shuttle reserviert werden. Einige Bauarbeiten finden noch statt, sind aber kaum bemerkbar. Der Indoorpool war noch nicht geöffnet.

Das Resort ist schlicht beeindruckend. Wir hatten leider nur 3 Übernachtungen, würden das nächste Mal allerdings länger bleiben, um alle Restaurants testen zu können. Die Auswahl an Essen und Getränken ist für All Inclusive sehr hochwertig und vielfältig. Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich und es ist schlicht die schönste Gegend von Madeira. Kurzfassung: Danke an das gesamte Hotel-Team, von uns gibt es definitiv die volle Punktzahl : )

Hotel exceptionnel. Il dispose de 6 restaurants un asiatique, un resto de viandes qualite , un portugais, un méditerranéen, un self , un resto de plage et un resto proche des piscines, 4 piscines exterieures, une intérieure ( pas encore ouverte), un spa ( pas encore ouvert) la qualite des repas est digne d'un vrai restaurant de qualité. Le personnel est prévenant. Nous avons passe un excellent sejour! Les chambres sont spacieuses avec balcon avec a disposition peignoirs chaussons, produits de toilette vegan bio. Un hotel a recommander !
