We stayed here for one night on our honeymoon. When we got there, the temperature in the room was over 80°. For comparison, it was only 72° outside. There is no A/C, which is partly my fault for not thoroughly reading the description of the room but was also not clearly stated in the description. Our mini fridge had black mold all around the seal. There were quite a few black hairs in our sheets when we pulled back the covers. And there were very large noticeable visible lumps in the bed. So overall not what we were hoping for on our honeymoon. It’s also quite far from town which can be a plus or minus depending on your goals while on the island. Hopefully they can update their rooms a little bit and make sure that they are kept cleaner. Otherwise I’m not sure that we’d stay here again.

We loved this property and wish we had more than one night. Baggage delivery is great since the property is so far from the ferry and downtown. Advice; make sure you have ID on your baggage or it won't be delivered to your room (we found out the hard way, but the emergency line was able to help us find the baggage tent which was not far away). We hope to stay here again.

This property is very far from the dock (2 miles). Directions on how to get luggage there were not provided. Be aware that you need around $12 cash, 1 way, for transportation of a person with or without luggage. When we arrived, we found our luggage outside on a luggage rack completely unattended for over 20 mins that we looked for anyone to check in with. Nobody arrived so we went looking for our room. The code they give you is for the door, not the lockbox next to the door. Once inside, we found massive hairballs under the bathroom sink, half a box of cereal under the hide-a-bed, and the coffee table was missing 1 of its 4 legs. Its a good room for the price but make sure youve asked every question you can think of before you agree or you'll be stuck walking around in the forest at night without your luggage...

Make sure you realize this property is two miles from downtown lol. We did not realize when we booked via expedia, we made it work but its a bit of a distance out in the woods. We still loved the stay

Beautiful view. Just be prepared to either get a bike or a carriage because the walk is far from the docks (approximately 2 miles one way). Other than the walk, it was a very nice condo

Disappointed in Accommodation and Location from the main area of the island. We were under the impression when we booked that we would have a kitchenette/dining area. Instead we had a bar fridge and microwave. The location of condominium is rather far from main street. Thankfully we brought our bikes and did not mind the ride to and from. We found our room clean which was nice, the walls paper thin, we could hear everything from the room beside us. I gave this a 3 star mainly because of location. We took a trolley ride once which is $10.50 per person per 1 way which can get pricey if that is the only way you get from point A to point B. The walk from the Condominium to the main area was about a half hour. All in all would we stay here again? No. If you prefer to be in a less busy area this would be suitable.

It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The view from our room was excellent. Although it probably was a coincidence there was a lovely fireworks show in st ignace that evening and we watched it from our balcony. I would defiantly again

We always search for pet friendly accommodations, and halfway through our stay the management moved us because we have a pet. The room they moved us to was terrible, 85 degrees, extremely lumpy bed that hurt my wife’s back. No plates, silverware or glasses/cups. And to add insult to injury they charged us $75 pet fee, non disclosed on our reservation acknowledgment! Additionally be careful what room you get! The first pictures on the website show a lake front room, but we got a forest view.

We hiked to the condominiums from the docks, waited briefly for our luggage to arrive, then hiked back down, had dinner, and rented bikes for 24 hours. We biked around the perimeter and explored the interior of the island the whole next day, returned bikes, and hiked back up the second night. Then hiked back down the following morning and visited the fort and other historical sites the following morning and took the ferry back around noon. It worked out perfectly!

Very nice and clean unit for the price. No ac, but with the chilly nights we didn’t mind at all. The shuttle to the hotel is not free, but they will take your bags to and from the ferry for free which was nice. Would recommend just renting a bike to get too and from the hotel to downtown, as the carriages are slow and expensive. It was great for the price, and we would definitely stay there again!!

This is a terrible property. Run down, broken items, no air conditioning and screen on door was broken and off trac. It is also very inconsistent location. Avoid! Avoid Avoid!

Beautiful grounds. There is a hotel on the grounds with a $50 million renovation, a couple of restaurants and a general store…which is good because it is 2 miles from town. It’s an easy 2 mile walk along the lake to town.
