While I knew that the property had no front office, I was not expecting anything else that happened. First, the name of the motel was not located on any sign outside, and the address was not posted either. By the time of check in, I had not received the email with the room number, access code, and internet password, so I had to call Expedia. They contacted the motel office, and Expedia provided me with the room number and access code. The code did not work, and only then did Expedia provide me with the phone number for the motel office. I was given a code that did work, and only by midnight of the first night did the email arrive with the information I had already been provided. Despite a few calls to the office, I never was able to connect to the internet; the password was incorrect. The motel room looked like the pictures online, but there were many dead bugs in the bathtub when I arrived, no mirror in the bathroom, and on the second night, when it rained, many spiders came in through window/AC unit and door frame. I ended up leaving after only two nights, even though I reserved four.
