The front desk staff is amazing and helpful. Good variety of breakfast options. The hotel is in a safe quiet area in Macon. I stayed in room 204, it’s a 2 queen standard room. Spacious, comfy beds, love they have microwave, mini fridge, and coffee/tea station in room. I also like that the toilet is separate from the bath. The only downside was that the room was humid even with the AC on and would make the sheets feel damp. Also, there were a couple small red stain on the carpet and on the bathroom floor. Not sure if it was blood or not. To add, I wasn’t able to sleep in much because housekeeping is very loud when they are going room to room cleaning. The doors would slam repeatedly and they would talk very loud in the hallways. Overall, I had a decent stay and would stay here again.

Comfortable stay

The room set up was great! Separate rooms for toilet and shower made things more convenient with 3 kids and 2 adults. The bath/shower had hair in it from the previous guests. The pillows were flat as a pancake. But the beds were super comfy. The towels were soft. The pool was a treat for the kids. Breakfast was easy, lots of choices, and i watched as the employees made sure to refill the items fairly quickly as they ran out. Staff was kind and accommodating!

Excellent sleep, excellent service

Everything was perfect! We needed an extra blanket for our son and they quickly got an extra for us. The pool is at a great temperature, breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in a hotel, the rooms are dark and cool at night, and the bed and pillows are some of the most comfy I’ve slept on! Excellent place and excellent service. Very friendly. We will be back.

Very beautiful hotel! Right off the interstate, next to Groome Shuttle service, less than a mile away from restaurants and shopping, near a nice place called Amerson River Park and really clean propery grounds. Our room was a great size, the gym was great and breakfast had a TON of options!

I don’t know why the hotel has good reviews. Maybe there aren’t a lot of options in that area. We got a very hot room. Called down to ask for someone to look at the air conditioner and the phone was broke. So I went down the very creaky sounding elevator and told them about the elevator and the phone and went back up. They came right away and switched out a new air (they should’ve given us a new room because the floor was soaking wet after they changed out the air conditioner). The bathroom was disgusting. There was a yellow gunk around the whole floor. Breakfast was good. People were night. Layout of room was very nice for a large family. Couch was a bed and a trundle bed. Toilet and sink in a separate room than shower and another sink. That was nice. Although in a room that fits six more than three towels would’ve been appreciated.

Very average stay, the water pressure and temp of shower were not good. The elevator sounded and felt like it was going to give out any moment and scared some passengers out of using it, opting for the stairs instead. Every area of the hotel had a different and often unpleasant smell. The bed was comfortable, which was the highlight of the stay.
