For the price of your hotels, your paper products are atrociously cheap and irritating. I waited several minutes for someone to come to the desk for check in. Totally obnoxious.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. It was in a fairly central location to coffee shops, restaurants, and a Kwik Trip gas station. The place was in a location that felt safe. It was very clean and our room was very comfortable. Plenty of linens for all the hot showers after swimming! The breakfast was very nice & the staff did a great job keeping everything full. We would definitely return if we’re in the area!

Outstanding Customer Service and Care

The staff at Fairfield Inn and Suites in Verona, WI, went above and beyond to create an inviting space, delicious breakfast options, beverages throughout the day, clean rooms and facilities, and an outstanding shuttle service to and from EPIC Services. My stay was comfortable, and my accommodations helped me feel welcomed, secure, and safe. I cannot give enough compliments to the staff including landscaping and maintenance crews, the kitchen / food prep staff, housekeeping, front desk associates, and the shuttle drivers. You can tell effective procedures are in place, customer service is a priority, and hospitality comes naturally for the employees at this establishment.
