Decent stay for the price.

Arrived at around midnight for 2 night stay. The lobby is locked, a bullet proof window with a doorbell had a note that said Sold Out. The attendant seemed annoyed to have to check me in (we went to the Festival in Louisville and check in wasnt until 3p so had to check in after the days events. Room was surprisingly clean, bed wasnt great but was doable. Never got thw TV remote to work but was fine just sleeping. AC was great, hot cold water was backwards but the attendant warned us in advance so again no problems. Key wasnt set up for both nighta so when we got back saturday night had to ring the bell for assistance but attendant was friendly and fast. All in all was better than expected for the price and some of the reviews. Would stay again I think.

We were traveling and needed someplace to stay overnight. We were able to book at the last minute. The person who checked us in was gracious. The steps up to our room were uneven; the top 2 steps were taller than the rest. I tripped and skinned my shin. The owner expressed sorrow at my injury and gave me band aids.

Terrible stay

It was terrible there is alot of drug traffic. It appears theres alot of ppl who live there monthly. Staff is very unfriendly. They were worried about sum of us im the front smoking cigs in our rooms even though they could clearly see us outside on balcony. They need to worry more about the important things like all the drug traffic.

We loved that it is pet friendly with no fees. The beds were great. The room was average good. Nice tv and everything worked. The room was in pretty good shape overall but nothing fancy.
