The hotel lobby and our bathroom smelled like someone was smoking weed. The elevator was not clean. Room was fine though other than the smell.

The check-in staff was excellent. Our room had wet carpet and we were promptly moved to another room. Our only concern was the cleanliness of the carpet, it had multiple stains and a slight foul smell.

Customer service was ok. The manager had someone up there that didn't know what she was doing. The credit card machine was down so we went to ATM then was suggested 3-party pay. It took around 30min to check in. The lady was really sweet & kind, but she needed help. They should not have left her by herself.
