Property was nice and clean. I liked the secure elevators. Staff was nice. If I had a suggestion it would be a nicer shower head but that’s just being picky. 10/10.
Hotels in this area do not charge a separate fee for a breakfast buffet that was meteocre at best but this one did. Most offer complimentary breakfast. The fee was $15.99 per/person and options were very limited plus the staff on hand wasted no time in bringing you the check in attempt for a quick turnover. Very displeased with the cost and quality of the breakfast.
It took over 40 minutes to check in because the room key didn't work. I had to go back to check in on three different occasions. Finally they sent a maintenance person to check on the door. Meanwhile I am standing in the hallway with my luggage. The maintenance guy randomly just walks away and leaves his equipment in the hallway with no indication of what's going on. Finally i get into the room and it smells so bad. I ask if another room was available. After waiting another 25minutes i say "it's fine. I'll just deal with it" and go to bed. I checked out asap the next morning.
