Onko molempien maailmojen parhaat puolet. Äskettäin uusittu 850 sf-huoneisto tarjoaa hiljaisen rauhallisen pakopaikan Mandevillen sydämessä, mutta vain tunnin ajomatkan päässä vilkkaasta Ranskan kaupunginosasta!

Yhden makuuhuoneen huoneisto on täydellinen viikonloppuna pakoon. Lähellä Tammanyn jälkeä tarjoamme vuokralaisille kaksi omistettua maastopyörää tutustua kauniiseen pohjoisrantaan. Olemme sijaitsee 10 korttelin päässä Pontchartrain-järven rannalta. Hintaan sisältyy ilmainen kahvila ja mannermainen aamiainen.

Tutustu Fountainbleun osavaltion puistoon, nauti upeista ravintoloista ja baareista Vanhassa Mandevillessä tai kuuntele elävää musiikkia lähellä olevassa Rubies Roadhousessa (vain perjantai- ja lauantai-iltaisin). Vieraat voivat myös nauttia omaisuuden rauhasta.

Täydellinen keittiö paitsi ilman liesi, mutta meillä on mikroaaltouuni ja leivänpaahdin. Kylpyhuoneessa on kylpyamme ja suihku.

Kiinteistöllä on kaksi labradoria. Ne ovat aidattu erikseen eivätkä ole suorassa yhteydessä, mutta ne ovat paikan päällä.
Tämä mökki sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Fontainebleau State Park (luonnonpuisto). Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi vesipuiston. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaille keittiön ja pation.

Cute casita in a great location
This casita sits directly behind the owner's primary residence. It has two bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. The beds are comfortable. One room has a smart TV, the other doesn't have a TV. The property is clean. The sofa is comfortable but small. The two extra chairs in the living area are not comfortable for lounging. It would be nice if there was comfortable seating for the whole family in the living area. The bathroom sink needs to be unclogged because it is slow to drain. Also, the shelf above the sink tilts when anything remotely heavy sits on it. Since there isn't much space in the bathroom, it would be nice if the shelf could hold toiletries. There was a generator or something that came on for a couple of minutes on Thurs, very early in the AM. It woke me up. I wish the timing were set so it wouldn't come on so early. Other than those very minor issues, the casita was great. The check-in process and communications with the owner were seamless. The casita is located close to the lakefront with easy access to interstate. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. This was our second stay here, and we would stay here again.

Cozy Cottage
Beautiful little Cottage in a convenient quiet setting. Very close to restaurants and entertainment. Owner was very responsive. Cottage had everything we needed. My wife and I stayed here and made a trip to New Orleans to visit the WWII Museum, which is a must see (2 day trip easily). I would definitely recommend this location, and I would stay again if we are in the area.

Perfect Guest House for our stay
We enjoyed our stay. We just needed somewhere to wind down after our long days at our summer camp at Fountain Bleu State Park. The house was in good proximity and Rebecca was a great communicator.

Great experience!
We stayed at this precious cottage for a family wedding at The Greystone. The location was perfect and the amenities great. We had an infant with us so we didn’t want to stay in a traditional hotel, but have a “home away from home” for a sitter to watch the baby while we stayed close. It was a very comfortable stay! Lovely property and the beds were comfortable!

My husband and I spent the weekend here along with our Son, Daughter In Law and grandson. We were in town for a wedding and everything was great. We were actually only a couple of blocks from the venue which was a bonus. Home was clean and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Great stay in a cute, quiet cottage
The cottage is darling -- very comfortable, well decorated, and clean! It was also a little bigger than I expected based on online photos. Owner was helpful and offered fantastic communication on her end! *Unfortunately, my VRBO app wouldn't allow me to respond to her messages, and she didn't send another means (perhaps text or a direct email address) to reach her. She couldn't have known that's why I wasn't responding, however, so that's not unexpected. Just posting here so she'll know moving forward that if she never hears from a guest, that could be why.* Back to the cottage...we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is a bit further from the lakefront than we had wanted, but it turned out fine for our family. It's not in a very walkable area for groups without a car. Sofa and beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed all of the TV options on the day it rained. The kitchen was well apppointed. A few recommendations: -I wish there had been more towels and wash cloths provided since there isn't a washer/dryer available. -The decorative orange pillow cases in the back bedroom had a foul odor. -Fan in back bedroom is terribly unbalanced. -Would've liked an extra blanket or two in the living room for movie time. -Bathroom needs a lock.

Weekend visit
Great stay in Mandeville. Guest house is roomy with 2 bedrooms and all the amenities you need. Separate parking for easy in and outs. A couple of blocks from downtown and the water. Easy commute to the trailhead if you are enjoying the bike trails.

Perfect place for us!
The place was a perfect place to rest while we visited our family. My husband who is almost 80 enjoyed riding bike every day. We found the place better than the pictures. The dogs only bark if there is a concern and we felt safer having them around. Beds are comfortable and all linens comfortable. The place was spotless.
