Elevator was not working. Guy at the desk said absolutely nothing about it. He was nice enough to carry my luggage up to the door. Four flights of stairs way to much for older people. Room was ok. Shower curtain was filthy. Not sure if it was dirt spots or mold?? Yes they were re-modeling, so might be part of it. Breakfast was ok.

We had a remodeled room and it was great and it looks like they will be finishing up the rest. But finding a staff member was hard and the breakfast, while we know it just a hotel breakfast, was very, very minimal.

There was no one monitoring the breakfast area and it needed to be cleaned. The rooms were quiet. The uncarpeted floor was cold and sticky

The staff was wonderful, my room was very nice but I brought it up to to two different front counter employees at different times the cigarette butts, trash, chained bike to the front entry, dirty shopping cart located in the front entry. These were en eye sore and should be cleaned up.

There were many glitches during my stay that were technical from paying to malfunction keys to tepid water and flies in room to not so clean. No coffee in morning. I saw a guest holding a shower faucet in the morning at the guest desk. $100 a night. The check out host didn’t inquire about my stay and I didn’t want to leave them with my impression since it’s evident that the franchise is at fault. Pool wasn’t open either. Go elsewhere

First room assigned hadn't been cleaned. Go back to front desk. Next room, keys don't work. Go back to the front desk. Got keys that work. Walls were paper thin on both sides. Loud TV on one side and talking on the other while trying to sleep. Shower head very low making me duck too wash my hair... I'm 5' 10".

Hotel was in the process of remodeling several rooms. There was debris lining the hallways, and all the carpets and stairwells. Although our room was acceptably clean, there was a lack of place to hang clothes or set our luggage.

The room was extremely dirty. The bathtub had hair in it. The toilet bowl was clean but the toilet itself had not been cleaned in a long time (bottom). The floors had probably been vacuumed down the middle but dirty had piled up along the wall.

Daughters room was so moldy smelling she had to cancel. Our bathroom door would not close. Manufacture stickers on sink. Tub was dirty and had a chipped edge. Sheets were stained and had holes in them.

Unsatisfactory for the price.

Public areas not properly cleaned, carpets are stained and need to be cleaned or replaced. Hotel is substandard in its service and maintenance at prices charged. Very poor value.

Love the new remodeled rooms with plank flooring, so better than carpet. Would recommend though that every bathtub have a safery handrail on the wall beside the tub, as sometimes slippery or hard to get out

I was very disappointed in our room. It was a really small sized room that only fit one queen bed, side table. I have never seen this small of a hotel room. I don't feel it was worth the cost we were charged. The room also was very dusty under the Microwave, on top of the microwave was a tray that was also dirty with a coffee pot on it. The side tables also had dust on them on the shelf . We won't be staying there again.
